Pinnacle's FACDELPHI^TM is a decision making tool. FACDELPHI^TM is based on the Delphi method which is a procedure for obtaining the consensus of the evaluation team. This is accomplished by ranking alternatives based on weighted evaluation criteria scores. Both tangible and intangible evaluation criteria are considered.
The evaluation team must reach agreement on each score. Alternatives are then ranked according to the total score. The point score is divided into the estimated cost of the alternative to arrive at a cost per point value. Benefits of using the FACDELPHI^TM approach are:
